This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, storage, and lawful disclosure of personal data by the Church of Arx Nobilis, a recognized religious nonprofit organization incorporated in the State of Wyoming, USA. By applying for membership, accessing internal materials, or engaging with Church activities, you agree to the terms outlined herein.

We collect and process the following data types:

  • Identity Information:


  • Legal full name, preferred name, date of birth, pronouns, country of residence, mailing address, phone number (optional), and a scan or photo of a government-issued ID.


  • Contact Information:


  • Email address and (optionally) phone number.


  • Spiritual Profile:


  • Prior affiliations, doctrinal views, metaphysical beliefs, personal reflections, and stated intentions.

  • Security and Legal Information: Consent affirmations, NDAs, oath participation, and public footprint (if voluntarily disclosed).


  • Health & Accessibility Disclosures:


  • (optional): Physical or mental health details voluntarily provided to request accommodations.

3. Purpose of Collection

Data is collected solely for:

  • Internal ecclesiastical record-keeping and spiritual profiling


  • Legal enforcement of non-disclosure and doctrinal protection

  • Evaluation for entry, rank advancement, and ritual eligibility


  • Security and internal safety vetting


  • Legal compliance (e.g., IRS, state nonprofit laws, GDPR)

4. Storage & Protection

  • All personal data is stored encrypted on secure digital infrastructure with access restricted to the Security Department and the Office of the Ostracon™.

  • All ID scans are hashed, encrypted, and access-logged.

  • Data will be retained for the duration of your affiliation and archived thereafter only for compliance, legal defense, or ecclesiastical record.

5. Disclosure of Data

We do not share, sell, or distribute any personal data to third parties except:

  • With your explicit written consent

  • As required to enforce a breach of NDA, oath, or internal policy

  • If legally compelled by court order, subpoena, or regulatory body

In such cases, the Church may cooperate with digital platforms or service providers to identify, locate, or pursue parties responsible for breach, fraud, or harmful conduct.

6. Rights Under GDPR & Applicable Law

You retain the right to:

  • Request a copy of the data we hold on you

  • Request correction of inaccurate data

  • Request deletion (unless legally required to retain it)

  • Withdraw consent (if no binding oath, NDA, or ecclesiastical duty overrides it)

Ecclesiastical Exception

As a religious organization, some of our practices fall under ecclesiastical privilege and religious exemption in accordance with U.S. law and international precedent. This includes the right to:

  • Decline deletion of internal doctrinal data, oaths, or rituals bound by vow


  • Preserve spiritual data for ecclesiastical record even after secular withdrawal
