All texts, symbols, rituals, doctrines, logos, imagery, teachings, and intellectual properties produced by the Church of Arx Nobilis™, including but not limited to Capulum Atrum Philosophy™ (CAP™), Ater Capulo™, and the Unholy Trinity™, are the exclusive, original creations jointly owned by Jan Rudat, Founder, Ostracon™, and Supreme Ecclesiastical Authority of Arx Nobilis™, and the Church of Arx Nobilis™ as a legal nonprofit religious corporation.

While Jan Rudat holds personal co-ownership of the Church’s sacred intellectual property, all tangible property, assets, and rights are held and managed exclusively through the Church of Arx Nobilis™.

This structure ensures clear legal separation of personal and organizational assets while maintaining unified spiritual, legal, and administrative authority.

These works are protected under international copyright laws, registered trademarks, and all applicable intellectual property statutes. Unauthorized reproduction, adaptation, distribution, publication, or commercial use of any element of the Church’s sacred materials—whether digital, printed, or performed—without explicit written permission from the Church’s Office of Central Administration is strictly prohibited and will be met with full legal action.

Doctrinal Sovereignty

The Church of Arx Nobilis™ asserts full and irrevocable ownership over its sacred doctrines, rituals, hierarchical structures, and magickal frameworks. These elements constitute both the spiritual and legal property of the Church and its Founder.

Any misuse, misrepresentation, or unauthorized dissemination of the Church’s doctrine undermines its spiritual integrity and legal standing, and is considered an act of sacrilege and infringement punishable by ecclesiastical discipline and legal recourse.

Use by Members and Affiliates

Membership grants no rights to copy, share, or publicly disclose proprietary content beyond authorized ecclesiastical purposes, strictly governed by Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and sacred oaths.

All members are bound to maintain absolute confidentiality for the Church's restricted material and absolute respect for the Church’s intellectual and spiritual property under threat of excommunication and civil enforcement.

Public Use

Only officially sanctioned representatives may communicate, publish, or distribute the Church’s teachings, symbols, or materials in any public forum or media. All requests for usage, collaboration, or derivative works must be submitted in writing and receive formal approval by the Church’s Office of Central Administration.
