1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or participating in any services, portals, teachings, digital properties, or physical events affiliated with the Church of Arx Nobilis, you enter into a binding agreement governed by these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to:

• All public and private websites or digital portals under the Church of Arx Nobilis
• All internal systems, communication platforms, or digital services
• All ecclesiastical, ritual, doctrinal, or membership-based interactions

Use of any Church service constitutes full legal, spiritual, and ecclesiastical acceptance of these Terms.

2. Organizational Identity

The Church of Arx Nobilis is a legally incorporated, tax-exempt religious nonprofit under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States (Filing ID: 2025-001711570).

It qualifies as a bona fide religious organization under IRC § 501(c)(3). All spiritual, doctrinal, metaphysical, and ecclesiastical authority resides exclusively in the person of Jan Rudat, the Ostracon™, Founder, and Supreme Ecclesiastical Authority.

3. Eligibility for Use

• All users must be at least 18 years of age or possess verified parental/legal guardian consent.
• Certain materials (including rites, oaths, doctrines, or ecclesiastical documents) are restricted to verified members only.
• The Church reserves the right to deny, restrict, or revoke access at any time for reasons including—but not limited to—violations of doctrine, conduct unbecoming, or legal/ethical concern.

4. Intellectual Property

All logos, doctrines, symbols, names, rituals, policies, documents, and audiovisual materials are the exclusive intellectual property of the Church of Arx Nobilis and/or its Founder, President, and Supreme Ecclesiastical Authority, Jan Rudat. This includes materials registered with Safe Creative and the U.S. Copyright Office and subject to ongoing trademark protections.

No individual may profit from, commercialize, adapt, remix, paraphrase, or distribute any Church doctrine, symbol, rite, or material without written permission from the Supreme Ecclesiastical Authority.

5. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree:

• Not to misuse or distort Church materials
• Not to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or exploit Church platforms
• Not to impersonate leadership, clergy, or administrative agents
• Not to reproduce or circulate internal materials without authorization
• That all mockery, desecration, or parody of sacred rites, symbols, and hierarchical titles is strictly prohibited

Violation may result in excommunication, NDA enforcement, and/or legal action.

6. Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction

All spiritual and doctrinal matters are governed exclusively under ecclesiastical law. This includes disputes, misconduct, secrecy breaches, or any failure to uphold sacred obligations.

Disputes involving oathbound members or ecclesiastical subjects must be arbitrated through internal disciplinary structures before

any secular remedy may be pursued.

The Office of Central Administration (OCA™), in consultation with the Ostracon™, determines eligibility, permission, and spiritual status regarding other religious affiliations and ecclesiastical appointments.

No member ranked Mortar or higher may simultaneously serve in any senior or leadership position within any other religious, metaphysical, or spiritual body. Failure to disclose this nullifies any appointment or elevation within the Church of Arx Nobilis.

7. Privacy, ID Submission & GDPR Compliance

All personal information submitted—including but not limited to name, date of birth, address, and government-issued ID—will be stored securely and processed only for internal ecclesiastical purposes and NDA enforcement. See Privacy Policy for full details.

By applying to or interacting with the Church, you consent to:

• Encrypted storage of submitted personal data
• Ecclesiastical-only access
• NDA-related identity verification
• Non-verification of address unless breach of trust occurs
• Legal pursuit of identity via subpoena or platform contact if breach occurs

8. Digital Media & Recording Consent

By participating in Church-related events (online or in person), you consent to the potential recording, transcription, or reproduction of your image, voice, writings, or likeness for ecclesiastical use, archival, or educational purposes.

• Oathbound members must give full consent.
• Public participants may opt out where applicable.
• A formal digital consent form will be provided.

9. Doctrinal Integrity & AI Protections

All representations of Church teachings, doctrines, or spiritual materials must remain faithful to official content.

• Unauthorized reinterpretation, distortion, or paraphrasing constitutes breach of ecclesiastical fidelity.
• No Church document may be fed into artificial intelligence models, language engines, or machine learning tools without explicit written approval.
• The Church reserves full right to use AI internally.

10. Digital Artifact Ownership & Contribution License

By submitting any content to the Church—such as writings, designs, reflections, rituals, or insights—you grant the Church a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to store, preserve, reproduce, and use such content for any ecclesiastical, historical, or spiritual purpose.

11. Code of Reverence

All users and members agree to uphold the dignity and spiritual integrity of the Church of Arx Nobilis. This includes:

• Respect toward all ranks and titles
• No public or private mockery of sacred rites
• No use of Church symbols in parody or sacrilege

Violation is grounds for expulsion and legal remedy.

12. Liability Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk

Participation in any Church activities—physical or digital—is strictly voluntary and done at your own risk.

You acknowledge the following:

• No liability shall be held against the Church or its leadership for any injury, emotional distress, spiritual reaction, or financial consequence resulting from your participation.
• All claims, actions, and grievances are waived by your voluntary participation.
• The Church may not be held liable even in the event of negligence or failure to prevent harm, except where prohibited by law.

13. Post-Termination Obligations

All NDAs, oaths, and obligations to doctrinal secrecy remain in effect indefinitely unless explicitly revoked in writing by the Supreme Ecclesiastical Authority.

14. Modification of Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the Church website or official email. Continued use of Church services constitutes full legal and ecclesiastical acceptance.

15. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

All disputes not resolved ecclesiastically are subject to:

Jurisdiction: State of Wyoming, USA

Venue: Any competent court within Laramie County

Waiver of Class Action: Only individual claims may be brought
