The Church of Arx Nobilis™ is a tax-exempt religious organization under IRS Section 508(c)(1)(a) and qualifies as a 501(c)(3) organization for donor purposes. All donations are voluntary, unconditional, and irrevocable, and support the sacred work of the Church, including:

• Digital infrastructure, media, and educational content

Tax Deductibility

Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law under the Internal Revenue Code. Donors are responsible for accurately reporting contributions on their own tax returns. The Church assumes no liability for the accuracy or completeness of any donor’s tax filings.

Donation Receipts

Upon request, the Church will provide a donation receipt. To request one, please contact legal@churchofarxnobilis.com and provide evidence of your donation, such as:

• Transaction ID from PayPal
• Confirmation email of the donation

In rare cases, if multiple donors share the same name, we may request minimal additional evidence to ensure accurate receipt allocation.
